Split the work into tasks of 1,000 boxes or fewer, one `vakna fork` each.

## How many boxes can one fork make?

One task holds up to 1,000 boxes. Vakna says the limit and never cuts `--count` for you, so a task never runs fewer boxes than you asked for without saying so.

## What it looks like

```sh
$ vakna fork api --count 5000 -- go test ./...
```

```prints
vakna: --count 5,000 is over the limit of 1,000 boxes per task
hint: vakna fork --help  # split it into tasks of 1,000 or fewer
```

Exit code 255.

## As JSON

With `--format json` the error is one JSON line. Branch on its `code`, not on the message or the exit code.

```prints
{"v":1,"event":"error","code":"fork_limit","message":"--count 5,000 is over the limit of 1,000 boxes per task","hint":"vakna fork --help  # split it into tasks of 1,000 or fewer","docs":"https://vakna.com/docs/errors/fork_limit","mocked":true}
```

## Commands that print it
