Write the receipt to a file with `vakna receipt <task>`, then post the file with the GitHub CLI.

## How do I get the receipt as text?

```sh
$ vakna receipt prove-flaky-retry
```

```prints
receipt · task prove-flaky-retry
## How do I post it?
```sh
$ vakna receipt prove-flaky-retry > receipt.txt
$ gh pr comment 42 --body-file receipt.txt
```
The receipt is plain text at 80 columns, so it reads the same in a comment's code block as in a terminal.
